Fruit and Nut Bites (Squares)


 

 

 

 

1 cup water dried fruit
6 tbsp dried fruit (1 & 1/4 cup + 2tbsp)
3/4 cup + 2 tbsp mixed raw nuts & seeds (I used sprouted: almonds, cashews, and pumpkin seeds)
1.5 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger (optional)
pinch ground cardamom
