Weekly Workouts & Eats: BTS (+ a trip to Whole Foods & Exciting News!)

Hey again- the weekly (or biweekly, sometimes, heh..) roundup is back! Even if it is the end of the week after what I am talking about, even if it’s already been typed up for a few days… heh, oops. Regardless of when I post, I like these to keep me on track with my workouts & food prep.

Week of Aug 28th:

M: 2 mile run
T: evening class Kettle bells!
W: evening yogaaa
Th: morning total body tone
F:
yoga, +stubbed the crap out of my toe. I was walking on the sidewalk, tripped, and 5 minutes later I realized 1/2 my sandal was covered in blood. And the next morning it was all swollen. And it hurt to walk. I’ll save you the grotesque picture and description…
Sa: nada, considering I couldn’t really walk.
Su: nada again.
